Scenario
Bookkeeping for a Restaurant with 40 staff members, completing entering Invoices, Reconciliations, payments and wages would be approx 10 – 12 hours per week.
TERMS
Hourly rates are charged in 15 minute blocks with a minimum 15 mins for “in office” jobs and a minimum of 30 mins for “out of office” jobs. Third party or vendor pricing is separate from Running Errands.
HOURS OF SERVICE
We are at your service from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday thru to Friday and weekends by prior appointment.
PAYMENT
Payment in the form of cash, cheque or direct bank deposit.
NOTICE
We usually require 24 hours notice to schedule a service however will attempt to fulfill last minute requests at every available opportunity.
